Big bold flowers. Delicate, iridescent butterflies. The deep blacks, teals and purples of a raven's wing. Wind and waves, cradling the creatures of air, fire, water and earth. The simplicity of a tattoo worn by a WWII Veteran. Exotic Asian imagery, swirling with blossoms and birds. Twisting Celtic serpents and wolves, knotted in an eternal dance of endless line. Craftsmanship inspired by William Morris and Alphonse Mucha. The darker imagery of an imp possibly pulled from it's netherworld of paint by of Hieronymous Bosch. Bold line. Sweeping black. Glorious combinations of color. History, culture and tradition, worn in the skin. And then there's the really weird, funky stuff.
